• Work with external vendors and Creative Ops for seamless transitions, accurate specifications, and flawless delivery across various channels.
• Effectively communicate with production partners and internal teams to ensure consistency from concept to final delivery.
• Participate in design reviews, critiques, and retrospectives to provide valuable feedback for improvement.
• Establish strong relationships with peers through clear communication, curiosity, and accountability.
• Translate brand systems into digital experiences and contribute to motion design and animation for campaigns and brand moments.
• Experiment with innovative creative tools to expand the brand's presence across different platforms.
• Proficiency in English for business communication.
• 5 to 7+ years of experience in brand design with a robust portfolio showcasing various design aspects.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute ideas across different mediums.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the confidence to present and defend work to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
