📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of brand campaigns across various platforms in collaboration with marketing teams to bring strategic visions to life.

• Create event identities, promotional materials, and marketing assets to enhance the Webflow brand presence.

• Establish consistent brand guidelines, systems, and templates to strengthen and unify the brand identity.

• Oversee the entire production process for creative projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables for presentations, advertising, print, and events.

• Design a variety of branded materials including imagery, event visuals, and merchandise while working closely with different teams to align with overall brand goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure creative initiatives support the Go-To-Market strategy and campaign objectives.

• Coordinate with Creative Ops and external vendors to facilitate seamless handoffs and flawless execution across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.

• Engage in design reviews, feedback sessions, and retrospectives to enhance project outcomes and processes.

• Cultivate strong relationships with team members through effective communication, curiosity, and accountability.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5 to 7+ years of experience in brand design with a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in identity, design systems, campaigns, and event design.

• Ability to ideate and implement concepts across various mediums including print, digital, and experiential platforms.

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the confidence to present and defend work to diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality from concept to final production.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies for enhanced creativity and impact.
