• Lead a team of designers and video editors, setting design standards for consistent, high-quality results.
• Manage design projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet client objectives, deadlines, and budget.
• Establish scalable processes for design operations to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
• Direct the creation of digital and print designs for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and advertising.
• Maintain and evolve client brand identities for consistent visual communications.
• Drive UX/UI enhancements to improve website performance and user engagement.
• Collaborate with the video team to create graphic elements for video production projects.
• Act as the main design contact for key clients, translating their goals into visual solutions.
• Develop scalable processes for the design team, boosting efficiency, collaboration, and output quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, video editors, and creative contractors, fostering creativity and professional growth.
• Manage resource allocation and conduct performance reviews to support career development.
• Identify and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive team environment.
• Oversee all design project phases to ensure alignment with client objectives, budget, and deadlines.
• Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts.
• Facilitate design strategy calls to understand client needs and define project goals.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on design best practices and industry trends.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or as an art director
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading creative teams
• Minimum 7 years of agency experience as a lead designer or creative manager
• Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling across various platforms
• Excellent communication skills with various team members and stakeholders
• Ability to lead discussions, presentations, and design-thinking exercises
• Interest in visual storytelling, data visualization, and UI/UX
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and video editing tools like Adobe After Effects and Premier
