📋 Description

• Responsible for developing and maintaining digital design elements across various platforms.

• Lead the creation of user-friendly digital experiences for our senior population and care teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create functional and inclusive solutions.

• Analyze digital product experiences and identify areas for improvement and innovation.

• Create prototypes to showcase design concepts and ideas.

• Utilize Human-Centered Design methods to test concepts and gather insights.

• Synthesize research data to inform design decisions and recommendations.

• Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and product teams.

• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices.

• Mentor junior designers and promote a culture of collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.

• Experience in designing for healthcare or accessibility-sensitive domains.

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

• Understanding of accessibility standards, usability heuristics, and responsive design.

• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions.

• Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
