• Responsible for creating, executing, developing, and maintaining digital design elements on various platforms.
• Take the lead in designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences for senior populations and care teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to create functional and empathetic solutions.
• Analyze and evaluate digital product experiences to identify areas for enhancement.

• Mentor junior designers and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing user-centered design on web and mobile platforms.
• Background in designing for healthcare, senior populations, or other accessibility-focused sectors.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Strong grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG), usability principles, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile or Lean environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
