• Take charge of designing and developing 360° digital campaign assets for web, email, paid media, and social platforms
• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of junior designers, fostering their growth and driving high performance

• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Oversee the end-to-end creative review process from concept to delivery
• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating storytelling skills, excellent taste, and a passion for design
• Stay updated on design trends and industry technology, inspiring team members to think innovatively
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or have equivalent experience
• Possess 5+ years of relevant design experience, with a focus on digital campaign work
• Have 2+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to coach and develop talent
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, motion and AI-driven design tools, 3D software, and modern collaborative tools like Figma
• Deep knowledge of responsive web design, UX/UI best practices, and digital production processes
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and e-commerce teams
