• Proficient in grammar, spelling, and composition
• Ability to handle sensitive information and make decisions in line with business needs
• Able to troubleshoot complex tasks and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain composure under pressure and work independently or collaboratively
• Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
