• Responsible for designing and developing high-level materials such as town halls, conference presentations, newsletters, onboarding resources, diversity and inclusion campaigns, and recognition initiatives. Create branded templates, campaign artwork, and multimedia assets for both internal and external use.
• Provide support for video production and broadcast during large-scale events, including all-hands meetings and leadership forums.
• Manage content development throughout the entire process, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with messaging, tone, and brand standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to monitor progress, report outcomes, and incorporate feedback.
• Contribute to the enhancement of visual communication strategies by analyzing feedback, exploring creative approaches, and identifying opportunities for increased engagement and consistency within the organization.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must have 10–15 years of experience in design and communications, with in-house experience supporting executives or internal communications teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• Strong background in graphic design, photography, and video production/editing.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality creative work on schedule.
• Excellent organizational, written communication, and editing skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
