• The Product Designer's main focus will be on developing a new self-service portal to enhance customer experiences through intuitive and efficient design.
• Besides the primary project, you will also play a role in enhancing internal systems like CRM, ERP, and medical billing systems.
• Expertise in information architecture and UX design for complex systems is crucial to streamline internal workflows and make them more intuitive, efficient, and scalable.
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to translate user needs into functional experiences and enhance internal design systems for enterprise-scale solutions.
• 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, focusing on internal systems and enterprise tools.
• Proficient in Figma or similar tools; familiarity with HTML/CSS is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of accessibility principles and experience in designing inclusive interfaces.
• Background in agile, cross-functional team environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field preferred.
