• Experience in aligning goals, outcomes, and requirements organization-wide
• Highly collaborative and receptive to stakeholder input
• Applied knowledge of design elements like hierarchy, interaction, typography, color, and layout
• Eagerness to learn and grow in design, product, and leadership areas
• Degree in Design (Interaction, Product, Communication, HCD, or related) or equivalent experience
