• Joining SmithRx as a Senior Product Designer means you will be instrumental in crafting user-friendly and impactful digital experiences.

• Enhance Design Culture & Expertise: Play a key role in cultivating a strong design culture, prioritizing user-centered solutions that drive business impact.
• Take Ownership of Complex Challenges: Lead the user experience strategy for significant product areas, solving intricate problems and delivering innovative design solutions.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Have 5+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms, with a compelling portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities and strong design skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead user experience strategy for major product areas and influence product direction.
• Proficient in modern design tools, preferably Figma, and capable of driving the development and evolution of design systems.
• Deep knowledge of user research methodologies, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and validating design decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to articulate design decisions clearly and foster alignment across teams.
• Proactive mindset, adept at identifying opportunities to enhance user experiences while considering technical constraints and business goals.
• Experience mentoring designers and contributing to a positive team culture.
