• Experience in scaling products in B2B or B2C environments, particularly in mid-stage growth companies.
• Strong research and customer empathy skills, with a background in designing tools that facilitate connections between people.
• Must be able to navigate ambiguity and adjust scope as user base expands, while balancing short-term execution with long-term vision.
• Familiarity with service design methods such as journey mapping and blueprinting to drive strategic product decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or cross-functionally to align design, engineering, product, and data teams.
