📋 Description

• Lead intricate system-level design projects for all product teams, establishing frameworks and models that facilitate scalable, user-centric workflows.

• Operate independently and mentor designers regularly, assess design applicants, and contribute to the growth of team capabilities.

• Uphold high craft standards through a robust, repeatable design process, showcasing excellence even in uncertain situations.

• Develop, refine, and implement UI/UX designs to elevate the company's SaaS solutions and maintain a global leadership position in the solar energy sector.

• Analyze user actions and research findings to shape intuitive, user-friendly product experiences, integrating market trends and innovations into the design.

• Lead and supervise significant product revamps, establish and execute a transparent product experience vision in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Construct, document, and enhance UI/UX processes, ensuring top-notch execution and continual process innovation throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and other departments, offer training, and disseminate knowledge to enhance design maturity across teams.

• Ensure adherence to internal quality standards, company values, and ethical guidelines.

• Contribute to broader company ventures and undertake additional duties as assigned by the line manager.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a higher education degree in architecture, IT, marketing, or a related field.

• Have over 10 years of experience working with B2B SaaS UI/UX solutions in an international setting, with expertise in leading platform-level product design within a complex domain.

• Demonstrate English language proficiency at the C1 level (CEFR).

• Display excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office.

• Apply best UX practices to new product development and enhancements of existing ones.

• Understand UI design principles and apply them to create intuitive and appealing designs.

• Possess strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities.

• Exhibit personal and professional responsibility.

• Demonstrate capability to independently resolve operational issues.
