• As the Team Lead for Web Design, you will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction, execution, and continual evolution of our marketing website.
• Acting as the bridge between brand expression and performance, you will ensure that our web experiences are expertly crafted, technically sound, and optimized for business success.
• Collaborate closely with teams overseeing SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design to ensure that our website not only looks fantastic but also drives engagement, acquisition, and conversion on a large scale.
• Possess at least 7 years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Have a deep understanding of web design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development.
• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-quality execution across web and digital campaigns.
• Demonstrate a track record of successfully managing web initiatives within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage input and expectations from various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and analytics platforms.
• Skilled at balancing brand integrity with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with developers and marketing operations teams.
