📋 Description

• Designing marketing materials such as landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements that align with the brand’s visual identity and marketing goals.

• Ensuring all designs maintain consistency with the brand’s guidelines and messaging across different platforms and channels.

• Developing visuals for marketing campaigns, including banners, promotional materials, and other assets to support marketing strategies and goals.

• Conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.

• Analyzing industry trends and competitor designs to create innovative and effective marketing materials.

• Creating intuitive and effective user experiences through information architecture and user flows.

• Organizing content for optimal user engagement and navigation.

• Planning and conducting usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs.

• Iterating designs based on user testing results and feedback.

• Ensuring designs are accessible to users with diverse abilities and needs.

• Staying updated on accessibility standards and integrating them into the design process.

• Designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines.

• Creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.

• Producing detailed visual and interaction assets to streamline the development team's implementation of designs.

• Preparing and delivering comprehensive design handoffs to engineering teams.

• Staying up-to-date with industry design trends and technologies.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive collaborative client interactions and refine designs.

• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Aligning design efforts with overall business goals and resolving design conflicts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Expertise in graphic design, typography, and color theory.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and web design.

• Skilled in systemic design, problem-solving, and effective communication.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating work in both print and digital.

• Experience with Figma and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
