Senior Web Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of web design projects and implement scalable design systems to maintain visual coherence and user-friendliness;

• Work closely with product and development teams to deliver web experiences that are user-centric, functional, and visually captivating;

• Translate intricate concepts into clear visual narratives for presentation and communication design initiatives;

• Offer guidance and oversee the development of banners, advertising materials, and other marketing assets to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 7+ years of graphic and web design experience;

• Demonstrate a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion;

• Proficient in Figma with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects);

• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.;

• Track record in developing and enhancing scalable design systems;

• Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and visual communication;

• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS;

• Experience with Jira;

• Organized, proactive, and dependable with a keen eye for quality and accountability;

• Fluency in Ukrainian / Russian and Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.
