• Strong portfolio showcasing website design, logo and branding work, and expertise in visual design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Knowledge of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and willingness to integrate AI platforms into design workflow.
• Strong attention to detail, quality control mindset, and proficiency in English for copy review.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Curiosity and passion for AI, emerging technologies, and digital storytelling.
• Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with AI design tools, motion design skills, experience with developer handoff tools, and SEO basics.
