• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Web Designer/Developer with a strong portfolio in Webflow and Figma.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

• Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.

• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in startup or fintech environments is a plus.

• Experience working with marketing teams is a plus.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
