• Responsibilities include developing and refining user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for Trust Wallet's products and features.
• Lead user research efforts to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences, using insights to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, offering support and feedback to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions, maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Actively engage in design critiques to contribute to the team's continuous improvement in design processes and outputs.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time Product Designer experience.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile apps.
• Knowledge and interest in the Web3 space.
• Collaborative, open-minded, and able to create thoughtful UI/UX designs and written communications.
• Interest in open and community-driven platforms, thrive in uncertainty, proactive, hands-on, and self-starter.
• Strong communication skills in oral and written English, values ethics and integrity, with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the country of residence.
