• Create visually appealing websites that effectively convey client value with a premium and innovative design

• Transform research insights into wireframes, concepts, and high-fidelity design prototypes

• Develop interactive prototypes with engaging animations, even in the wireframing phase

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional work

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure precise implementation

• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices, incorporating them into project work

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio highlighting recent website projects

• Proficient in Figma (primary) and Adobe Creative Suite

• Ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling and practical design solutions

• Strong attention to detail throughout the design process, from wireframes to developer handoff and QA

• Solid grasp of layout, typography, and responsive design principles

• Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills

• Comfortable working under deadlines to deliver high-quality results

• Web-first designer familiar with design systems (Material, HIG, etc.)

• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for smoother collaboration with developers

• Nice to have: Experience working with clients in private equity, finance, or real assets
