• Responsible for creating and maintaining website content templates and pages
• Focus on maximizing conversion rates, Core Web Vitals performance, and SEO rankings for platform members
• Develop reusable, modular block patterns and content sections optimized for clarity, responsiveness, and conversion across different lead types
• Design content with empathy for real estate investors, homeowners, sellers, and buyers
• Create content assets and messaging templates for platform-wide use while ensuring brand consistency and design variety
• Implement SEO best practices and perform keyword research for strong organic search performance
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for WordPress editing experience enhancements and content-focused feedback
• Work with Customer Experience & Professional Services teams to update content systems based on customer needs
• Define content standards for usability, mobile responsiveness, and performance optimization across all templates
• Monitor content performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
• Stay updated on conversion optimization, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and WordPress FSE trends
• Test and iterate on content variations to enhance member performance outcomes
• Document content creation processes and best practices for scalable operations
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for virtual meetings with internal peers and customers
• Proficient in Slack, Loom, async tools, and video calls for effective communication
• Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, whitespace, and modern UI/UX design
• Experience in building pages using visual content editors like WordPress Block Editor
• Knowledge in optimizing webpage content for performance metrics such as Conversion, Core Web Vitals scores, SEO, and Accessibility
• Familiarity with HTML & CSS
• Experience with design tools like Figma for mockups and handoffs
• Fluent in color theory and typography, with the ability to design for specific audiences
• Bonus: Experience in real estate, home services, or trust-critical industries
