• Take charge of creating impactful UI/UX designs for gomotive.com independently, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver results.
• Develop web pages, contribute to A/B testing strategies, implement personalization, design prototypes, and uphold a consistent design language that evolves over time.
• Collaborate with web strategists, developers, and stakeholders to brainstorm, design, and execute solutions for A/B tests, landing pages, and site enhancements.
• Manage and enhance the website design system to ensure uniformity and efficiency.
• Produce top-notch visual designs for desktop and mobile platforms, focusing on responsive design principles.
• Utilize user insights, data, and research to make informed design choices and assess trade-offs effectively.
• Translate business needs into captivating, customer-centric designs.
• Oversee a workload, identify process enhancements proactively, and coordinate closely with developers for quality releases.
• Minimum of 5 years of web design experience (preferably in a fast-growing SaaS/SW tech company)
• Demonstrated expertise in responsive design and best practices within those parameters
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools
• Experience in developing and maintaining modular design systems
• Strong grasp of typography and visual hierarchy
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Web Strategists, Project Managers, Content, Product Marketing Managers, Engineering)
• Skilled in preparing design files for developers
• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt swiftly and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated self-motivation and productivity within a fully remote team, managing tasks independently and delivering high-quality designs with minimal supervision
