• We are seeking a User Experience Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing intuitive and user-centric digital solutions. You will be assigned to key digital platforms like consumer-facing digital tools, team member experience tools, document and data automation systems, communication tools, and AI-driven innovations.
• In this newly established role, you will work closely with product teams and cross-functional groups to conduct user research, develop impactful designs, and deliver seamless user experiences.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Create user-centric digital designs that enhance key metrics such as engagement, user satisfaction, and internal efficiency to uphold our Service Excellence approach and drive tangible business outcomes.
• Validate design solutions through user testing and iterative prototyping to ensure measurable enhancements in usability and accessibility.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX design, user research, or a related field, with a proven history of designing successful digital products.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and delivering user-focused solutions.
• Strong background in user research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys) and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver user-focused designs.
• Skills in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a focus on advocating for user needs and fostering agreement in a collaborative setting.
• Experience in designing for consumer-facing digital products, team member experience tools, document/data automation, or omni-channel communications tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of designing for AI-driven features like chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent document processing is a plus.
• Familiarity with the mortgage industry, including origination, servicing, and regulatory requirements, is beneficial.
