• Collaborate closely with customer teams to grasp mission requirements, workflows, and success indicators.
• Lead the technical delivery process from initial prototype to stable production across various deployments.
• Strategize, organize, and carry out impactful technical tasks that drive tangible value.
• Ensure transparency and alignment among customer and internal teams to maintain project momentum.
• Develop, construct, and uphold scalable data systems to facilitate XR training applications.
• Implement and oversee analytics platforms for real-time tracking of system performance and user interactions.
• Establish KPIs, success metrics, and data collection methods in line with product objectives.
• Utilize machine learning, predictive analytics, and advanced data modeling as needed.
• Generate data sets based on user insights and workflows to evaluate AI system effectiveness.
• Conduct user research through various methods such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
• Minimum of 5 years in roles related to data engineering, data analytics, software engineering, or technical deployment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex systems in dynamic, customer-oriented environments.
• Extensive experience with data visualization tools, analytics platforms, and dashboarding.
• Proficient in database design, cloud-based architecture, and querying languages.
• Familiarity with LRS, LMS, SCORM, xAPI, or training data systems.
• Ability to write or review production-quality code (Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies).
• Demonstrated skill in translating research findings and data into actionable insights.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
