đź“‹ Description

•We are in search of a Visual Designer who will be responsible for bringing Drata's brand to life across various platforms such as digital, print, and experiential channels.

•Your role will involve creating engaging visuals that are on-brand for campaigns, content, product marketing, events, and more, ensuring that each design reflects Drata's identity and effectively communicates with our target audience.

•You will be working at the intersection of Marketing, Design, and Content to ensure that all creative assets are polished, consistent, and optimized for impact across multiple platforms.

•Preferably located in the East/Central time zone.

•Design compelling creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, email, web, events, and other marketing initiatives, including internal events and programs.

•Translate brand guidelines into execution, maintaining visual consistency while incorporating fresh ideas to enhance the Drata brand.

•Collaborate with marketers and content creators to visually support campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.

•Work closely with external vendors and agencies as needed to manage design deliverables and uphold brand standards.

•Provide creative materials for events and experiences, such as booth design, event collateral, and presentations.

•Stay updated on design trends to continuously improve and elevate Drata's creative expression.

•Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail and meeting deadlines.


⛳️ Requirements

•Minimum of 4 years of design experience, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting.

•Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.

•Strong portfolio demonstrating design work across digital, print, and brand applications.

•Understanding of brand systems and the ability to work within established guidelines while introducing new creative concepts.

•Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

•Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a strong focus on detail and meeting deadlines.

•Passionate about storytelling through design and creating visuals that resonate with audiences.

•Must be open to feedback from various stakeholders and work well in a team environment.
