• Create visually appealing assets for online learning programs, marketing materials, websites, presentations, and digital campaigns to ensure a consistent and polished outcome.
• Implement partner brand guidelines across various assets effectively.

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
• Have at least 3 years of professional design experience, preferably with projects involving partners.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Photoshop (highly skilled in all four).
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.
• Experience in applying and adjusting brand guidelines to various deliverables.
• Showcase a robust portfolio of partner-facing work, especially in digital/online learning or higher education/business contexts.
• Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills to articulate and justify design choices.

• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Project Managers, and Graphic Designers to transform creative concepts into deliverables supporting course and program objectives.
• This role demands expertise in industry-standard design tools and the ability to balance creativity with partner expectations.
• The position is remote, part-time, hourly, and as a 1099 independent contractor, requiring a minimum availability of 15 hours per week during daytime and weekdays.
