📋 Description

• Develop and communicate a cohesive product design vision and strategy that aligns with the company's mission and customer needs.

• Lead the design process at a system-level, connecting user journeys, product ecosystems, and features for seamless experiences.

• Manage and expand the enterprise design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products.

• Create design frameworks that integrate AI into workflows in user-friendly ways.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype new AI-driven user experiences.

• Advocate for ethical AI design practices that build trust and empower users.

• Use AI-enabled tools for rapid prototyping and testing to enhance design team productivity.

• Establish practices for usability testing and iteration based on user feedback.

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of UX and UI designers.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous learning.

• Implement design operations best practices to improve team efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of product design experience, with at least 5 years in senior design leadership roles.

• Experience designing user-friendly products for non-technical users in complex environments.

• Track record of designing AI-first products and integrating AI into user experiences.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled rapid prototyping tools to accelerate learning and delivery.

• Strong system-level design skills for end-to-end user journeys.

• Experience managing and scaling enterprise design systems.

• Proficiency in user research and usability testing for data-driven design.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing abilities.

• History of building and leading high-performing design teams.

• Passion for creating simple, accessible experiences for users.

• Comfortable leading through change in a fast-paced environment.
