• Develop and execute responsive web pages and digital assets for the ACF CWIG platform.
• Collaborate with UX researchers, content strategists, and developers to transform user requirements into user-friendly web designs.
• Ensure adherence to Section 508 and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to convey design ideas effectively.
• Implement design enhancements based on user input and analytics.
• Maintain design uniformity throughout the CWIG website and associated digital platforms.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Substitute four (4) years of additional experience if lacking a degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of web design experience, preferably in a governmental or nonprofit environment.
• Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts.
• Experience in creating accessible and user-friendly designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eligible to acquire a Public Trust Clearance.
