• Take ownership of developing motion-first assets—from storyboarding and conceptualizing to hands-on animation and final touches
• Create and animate brand and product content such as launch videos, social clips, product demos, and visuals for live events
• Collaborate closely with writers, designers, marketers, and product teams to shape engaging, visually appealing narratives
• Establish scalable motion systems and templates to maintain the consistency and adaptability of our visual identity
• Contribute to various design projects including campaigns, website updates, and product releases (this role is not limited to motion design)
• Lead creative feedback sessions and elevate the overall creative quality within the team
• Work efficiently and iteratively, balancing speed and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Possess strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
• Have at least 5 years of experience in motion design, visual design, or art direction, preferably in a dynamic tech environment
• Showcase an impressive portfolio with a diverse range of motion and design work, including campaign creative, social motion, explainer videos, and product demos
• Proficient in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere; familiarity with Figma, web animations, or 3D tools is a plus
• Solid grasp of animation principles, timing, transitions, and the ability to create purposeful and on-brand motion graphics
• Possess a creative, proactive mindset and comfortable transitioning from idea generation to execution with minimal supervision
• Bonus: Experience in B2B, SaaS, or AI storytelling
