β’ The Brand Designer is a cornerstone of 8x8's global branding efforts, playing a critical role in shaping and evolving the companyβs visual identity.
β’ As a creative leader, you will drive the development of innovative, high-quality visual assets that align with the brand strategy and amplify its impact across all channels.
β’ Align visuals with strategy: Partner with the Senior Brand Manager to ensure all visual elements reflect the brand vision, positioning, and messaging.
β’ Innovate and refine the visual identity to stay fresh, relevant, and impactful across all touchpoints.
β’ Lead the creation of visual assets for digital, print, social, and other marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
β’ Work closely with marketing, product, communications, and other teams to understand visual needs and translate them into innovative solutions.
β’ Manage the creation, organization, and delivery of high-quality visual assets, including graphics, photos, videos, and templates.
β’ Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to push creative boundaries and keep the brand fresh.
β’ Manage multiple design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
β’ Guide and mentor junior designers, freelancers, and external agencies to uphold design excellence.
π― Requirements
β’ Design experience: 5+ years in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work in both digital and print.
β’ Proven ability to translate brand values into impactful, creative visuals.
β’ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with familiarity in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva.
β’ Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production is highly desirable.
β’ Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital platform design is a plus.
β’ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design fundamentals is advantageous.
β’ A sharp eye for typography, color theory, and layout consistency.
β’ Passion for creative problem-solving and delivering impactful designs under tight deadlines.
β’ Ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
