• Responsible for designing and constructing visually cohesive digital updates and pages on WordPress, ensuring alignment with the brand, usability, and responsive performance.
• Work closely with the Creative Director to translate brand strategy and creative direction into digital assets and marketing experiences.
• Develop engaging visuals for web, email, social media, and campaigns using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Oversee updates and enhancements in HubSpot, including creating landing pages and templates for marketing campaigns.
• Apply design principles such as typography, hierarchy, spacing, and balance to ensure a clear and intentional touchpoint.
• Uphold high design standards by paying attention to detail in layout, typography, spacing, and composition.
• Expand and enhance Lumin’s design system and digital component libraries within Figma.
• Maintain the visual identity of the Lumin brand across digital platforms, ensuring adherence to guidelines while promoting innovation and refinement.
• Assist in producing visual assets for presentations, events, and other brand-related initiatives as required.
• Collaborate across teams including marketing, content, and development to efficiently deliver projects in line with the brand.
• Manage personal workload and deadlines using project management tools like Asana, with clear communication and accountability.
• Proactively seek opportunities for design enhancement, process optimization, and visual storytelling.
• Participate in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Bring a spirit of curiosity and willingness to collaborate, contributing to strengthening team processes and creative outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in digital design or marketing design.
• Proficiency in Figma, WordPress, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects) is essential.
• Strong understanding of digital design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and accessibility.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement updates directly within WordPress, balancing creative vision with technical feasibility.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, capable of independently managing multiple projects.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology sectors.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and visual optimization.
• Experience working with or contributing to brand design systems.
• Knowledge of UX principles, SEO considerations, and analytics tools for iterative design enhancement.
