• Creating high-quality creative assets for paid campaigns, CRM, and social content across various client sectors.

• Adapting swiftly based on performance data and feedback from campaigns.
• Occasionally contributing to ecommerce UX/UI design projects when required.
• Elevating Swanky's creative standards in performance marketing design.
• 2–3+ years of experience in digital design for ecommerce or marketing.
• A portfolio showcasing successful campaign creative work: email, ads, social content, and motion design.
• Proficiency in visual design elements such as typography, layout, animation, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Understanding of digital creative performance metrics like click-through rates, conversions, and engagement.
• Experience with design for CRM platforms (preferably Klaviyo), paid media channels, and landing pages.
• Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects & Photoshop).
• Knowledge of motion design using tools like Lottie, After Effects, or similar.
• Effective communication of design choices and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Proactive, business-oriented, and highly organized.
• Competitive salary range of £26,000 - £34,000 per year based on experience.
