• Develop static ad designs that drive high conversion rates using image assets and text
• Create light motion graphics such as animated text, emojis, and CTAs to enhance ad visuals
• Produce engaging GFX for video ads that enhance storytelling and increase viewer engagement
• Optimize design elements like layouts, colors, and text styles to align with current trends and boost performance
• Adapt creatives for various formats, platforms, and aspect ratios
• Collaborate with editors, copywriters, and producers to refine creatives based on performance metrics

• Independently create visually appealing, conversion-focused creative based on briefs
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and/or motion graphics for social media advertising
• Strong grasp of direct response creative, video pacing, hook design, and engagement strategies
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Bonus: Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign)
• Portfolio demonstrating static and motion social ad creatives across various platforms
• Comfortable generating content from scratch using briefs, copy, or performance data
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently without compromising quality
• Available during 9am–6pm EST
• Located in Latin America
