• Tasks involve designing a variety of marketing assets like digital ads, email campaigns, product visuals, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to transform creative strategies into visually engaging content.
• Contribute to the development of innovative ad concepts with fresh, on-brand design concepts.
• Produce engaging static and animated assets for paid and organic campaigns on various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Stay current on design trends, platform best practices, and competitor activities.
• Support the creation of motion graphics or short-form video content as required.
• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in digital marketing settings.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in marketing assets like ads, email designs, product callouts, and social content.
• Understanding of how design impacts digital campaign performance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional time management, and organizational abilities.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a valuable asset.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and collaboration with performance marketing teams.
