• The Graphic Designer will be in charge of creating, managing, and enhancing email marketing campaigns, content for organic social media channels, website updates, package designs, printed materials, retail displays, and other branded assets.
• We are looking for someone who can blend creativity with technical skills to produce compelling content that aligns with our brand objectives and yields measurable outcomes.
• It is crucial for this individual to follow brand guidelines closely while finding innovative ways to bring our brand values to life in a dynamic creative landscape.
• Bonus points if you have experience in video editing.
• The ideal candidate should have a background in both brand and performance marketing, a love for the beauty and wellness sector, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and time management skills are essential as you will collaborate with various teams to achieve common goals and execute impactful campaigns.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing email campaigns across different platforms (email, social media, marketing, website, digital and physical retail, event signage, and printed materials)
• A portfolio demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, modern design aesthetics, and the ability to work within specified guidelines
• Capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and work closely with other designers and copywriters on branded initiatives
• Experience in creating print and digital materials
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma
• Understanding of brand and performance marketing with a focus on delivering creative yet results-oriented strategies
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proficiency in project management tools like Wrike
