• Collaborate closely with the Studio Art Director and development team to establish and communicate the vision for a tactical Remaster.
• Lead a team in enhancing RTS assets and terrain to achieve a contemporary PBR response and updated aesthetic.
• Innovate, refine, and streamline pipelines and strategies with speed and precision.
• Provide thorough research and reference materials to drive visual progress.
• Consistently produce top-tier assets to motivate and inspire the team.
• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience
• Demonstrated experience in leading art teams in a senior or lead role
• Proficiency in a proprietary game engine
• Ability to create 3D production assets and Substance materials using Painter and/or Designer
• Familiarity with RTS genre and its requirements
• Experience working in a collaborative setting, including with Art Directors
• Implementation of a four-day work week in 2022
• Options for in-studio, remote within Canada, and hybrid work arrangements
