• Create and manage learning experiences for various training formats, including instructor-led and online, to support customer training needs.
• Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Dropbox, and Microsoft 365 to effectively organize time, projects, and meetings for efficient content delivery.
• Manage and organize files using various systems like content management systems, learning management systems, Dropbox, YouTube, and Wistia.
• Collaborate with CE colleagues, Jamf stakeholders, and customers to assess key performance indicators and enhance learning experiences.
• Evaluate and analyze Jamf and Apple beta releases to understand their impact on CE learning experiences.
• Offer feedback to content creators to ensure quality, consistency, and a unified voice across all materials.
• Occasionally lead or assist in customer training sessions to improve content and enhance customer experience.
• Adapt workload as needed to meet deadlines and company initiatives while upholding organizational values and mission.
• Travel up to 10% annually to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of technical expertise in macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Jamf’s product portfolio, including Now, Pro, School, Connect, or Protect (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching, instructional design, or related experience (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in video production and/or audio engineering (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with screen capture, screen recording, or Keynote creation (Required)
• Experience creating content in an LMS or CMS is preferred (Preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years working on a team providing customer training or support is preferred (Preferred)
• Familiarity with scripting languages (bash, zsh) for automation and device management is preferred (Preferred)
• Background in cybersecurity, threat detection, or endpoint security, especially with Jamf Protect, is preferred (Preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required (Required)
• Jamf Certified Associate, Tech, or Admin certification is preferred (Preferred)
