Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• FourthRev is looking for an experienced Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to revamp and innovate a 3-course Career Accelerator in Product Management.

• Transform subject matter expert (SME) insights into organized, job-ready content and develop immersive, practical learning paths for aspiring product managers.

• Collaborate closely with a subject lead and SMEs to shape content, voice, and learner experience in line with FourthRev and King’s educational approach.

• Contract specifics: Start date Monday, 8 September 2025; End date Friday, 24 October 2025; Commitment 3 days per week; Location UK or South Africa.

• Revise existing course materials into industry-specific, practical learning resources.

• Substitute theoretical or redundant content with hands-on, job-centric materials.

• Create authentic assignments and practical tasks that mirror actual product-related activities.

• Organize content into plausible 12–15 hour/week learning experiences.

• Integrate project management tools and AI workflows as needed.

• Deliver content using established templates (Canvas, assignments, slides).

⛳️ Requirements

• Seasoned experience in designing professional training or bootcamp-style programs at a senior level

• Proficient in adult learning methodologies, hands-on upskilling, and practical instructional design

• Skilled in creating simulations, practical tasks, and tool utilization

• Capable of managing iterative feedback and multiple course components

• Ability to work autonomously with guidance from SMEs and subject leads
