• Gain in-depth knowledge of our platform to enhance the partner and client experience.
• Develop training modules for Local Partners focusing on:
• Guiding new clients through software onboarding
• Managing client finances on a monthly basis
• Navigating through common workflows and product features
• Create user-friendly step-by-step guides, instructional videos, and visual aids to simplify complex processes.
• Establish an intuitive self-service platform for partners to independently learn and troubleshoot.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Partner Ops, Sales) to align content with updates and partner requirements.
• Implement a structured approach for maintaining and revising training materials
• Work closely with Partner and Product teams while maintaining a high level of autonomy in execution
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Learning & Development, Product Enablement, or Instructional Design (preferably in a SaaS or startup setting)
• Proficiency in creating interactive learning materials and video content
• Ability to simplify complex product processes into engaging and accessible content
• Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and visual appeal
• Comfortable working independently and embracing iterative processes
• Prior experience with partner or customer enablement initiatives
• Familiarity with learning tools such as Loom, Notion, Canva, Captivate, Articulate, etc.
• Background in finance, accounting, or business operations
