Merchandise Designer

📋 Description

• In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative merchandise designs that align with our brand identity.

• You will work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to develop eye-catching apparel, accessories, and promotional items that resonate with our audience.

• Design and develop compelling merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and promotional items, in alignment with brand guidelines.

• Research market trends, competitor products, and emerging styles to create fresh, on-brand designs.

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in branding across all merchandise.

• Produce high-quality mockups, digital renderings, and technical drawings for production.

• Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure design specifications are met, including materials, colors, and print techniques.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

• Provide creative input for seasonal collections, limited-edition drops, and new product categories.

• Review samples and production proofs, ensuring the final products match design intent.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in merchandise design, product development, or a similar role.

• Experience designing e-commerce brands, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
