• Develop comprehensive product experiences for web and mobile platforms, from initial concepts to polished final designs
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to identify user issues, explore solutions, and provide top-notch experiences
• Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and product enhancements
• Enhance crucial user journeys like onboarding, content discovery, search, recommendations, engagement, and subscription processes
• Utilize qualitative feedback, product data, and test results to refine designs and aid decision-making
• Contribute to the development of Epic’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability throughout the product
• Balance user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations in a dynamic setting
• Collaborate with diverse partners across various time zones and effectively communicate design concepts
• 2–5 years of experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, or a related field
• Impressive portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, interaction design, and execution in digital products
• Keen interest in digital consumer products, educational technology, or personalized product experiences
• Proficiency in designing user flows, navigation systems, and high-quality interfaces for web and/or mobile products
• Ability to streamline complex workflows into user-friendly experiences
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote, cross-functional environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
