• Lead the complete design process for Freshpaint’s main products, starting from research and discovery to final, ready-to-launch experiences.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to transform intricate data and compliance issues into user-friendly, impactful solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality interfaces that streamline secure data activation for healthcare marketers.
• Promote simplicity and user-friendliness to assist non-technical users in efficiently managing data-driven workflows.
• Conduct usability tests, customer interviews, and continuous research to deeply comprehend user needs and validate design choices.
• Maintain and enhance Freshpaint’s design system to ensure a uniform, scalable, and privacy-focused user experience throughout the platform.
• Collaborate with engineering to guarantee top-notch implementation that aligns with both design goals and product performance objectives.
• Utilize data and feedback loops to consistently measure, refine, and enhance usability, conversion rates, and engagement.
• Develop empathy for healthcare marketing users, navigating privacy and performance challenges, to create empowering design experiences for their success.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product design within SaaS or data-driven products.
• Thrive in ambiguous environments with a startup mindset, driving the establishment of a collaborative and impactful design culture at Freshpaint.
• Knowledge of digital growth marketing, ad attribution, and multi-touch measurement concepts is advantageous.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating end-to-end involvement, from research and discovery to implemented designs.
• Hands-on experience in usability testing, user interviews, and data-driven design optimization.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly and influence cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and self-directed approach, taking ownership and leading projects autonomously.
• Proven ability to design intricate, data-intensive workflows that balance usability and effectiveness.
• Proficient in accessibility standards and modern UI/UX best practices.
• Strong skills in design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
