📋 Description

• Craft the vision and strategy for business user experiences, ensuring they align with company goals and customer needs.

• Perform thorough user research and collect feedback to understand pain points, workflows, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers to brainstorm, prioritize, and implement interface features and enhancements.

• Develop interfaces that streamline business processes and enhance user efficiency, creating a seamless and productive experience.

• Manage usability testing to validate designs, spot issues, and enhance the user experience.

• Engage with stakeholders from product, sales, and customer support teams to deliver interfaces that meet business and customer requirements.

• Define and monitor key metrics like task completion rates, user satisfaction scores, and time-on-task to assess interface performance.

• Ensure interfaces are designed to accommodate growing user bases and changing business needs.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles and communicate product updates, objectives, and outcomes to stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Extensive experience in product management, focusing on business tools and user interfaces.

• Demonstrated success in delivering frontend, user-centric, data-rich software products.

• Proven experience with data-related technologies like predictive analytics, decision intelligence, or optimization.

• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq), and usability testing.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate workflows and identify areas for enhancement.

• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to convey complex ideas clearly and convincingly.

• User-centric mindset: Passion for creating interfaces that solve real business issues and delight users.

• Platform mindset: Ability to develop software that integrates with other capabilities in a larger toolset and enables others to create solutions.

• Experience in designing interfaces for specific industries like retail banking risk management or customer management is advantageous.

• Background in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
