📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Brand & Marketing

• Drive the creative direction and strategy to enhance our visual identity and voice across various channels, ensuring brand coherence and impact in both owned and paid media, as well as integrated brand initiatives

• Advocate for innovative ideas and creative strategies to convey the Alma narrative and establish deeper connections with diverse audiences (therapists, clients, payers, and employers)

• Offer strategic guidance and leadership to a team of designers, copywriters, and creative project managers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and teamwork

• Collaborate with Creative Project Managers to oversee the entire creative process, ensuring alignment with the brand vision and promoting efficient teamwork

• Work with Creative Project Managers to manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand creative executions

• Coordinate with Product Design to uphold brand consistency across Marketing and Product platforms

• Stay informed about our target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape, as well as Alma's products and customer experiences to guide creative endeavors


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in brand design within a startup setting, showcasing a portfolio of impactful and innovative creative projects

• Ability to translate business goals and brand strategies into compelling creative concepts that resonate with diverse audiences

• Strong prioritization skills and ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining speed and attention to detail amidst changing timelines and requirements

• Proficient in developing an efficient operational vision for the team, with a deep understanding of trends and tools that enhance creative processes, including AI

• Demonstrated empathetic leadership and people management abilities, inspiring and nurturing creative talent across various roles and levels

• Skilled in leading interdisciplinary teams, providing mentorship to junior team members, strategic guidance to mid and senior creatives, and managing relationships with external partners

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe products at an expert level, with a passion for staying updated on the latest tools and mentoring others in their usage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating strategies and creative concepts to stakeholders across the organization

• Strong advocate for the Creative team at the leadership level, ensuring team needs and contributions are recognized and valued
