• GitLab is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to join the Digital Success team.
• As a member of this team, you will utilize your expertise in instructional design and technology to craft interactive learning experiences for our global customer base.

• The ideal candidate will have a background in developing eLearning modules, videos, labs, workshops, and certification materials.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in customer-facing roles within enterprise settings, such as curriculum development, instructional design, technical training, or consulting engineering (preferably in a subscription/SaaS environment).
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning theories.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, containers, and microservices.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, Clueso, and Camtasia.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning standards including xAPI and SCORM.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Additional assets include experience in designing curriculum for large enterprises, familiarity with open-source communities and software, relevant certifications, and skills in graphic design or multimedia development.
