• Develop user-friendly tools to streamline insurance eligibility and claims processing for mental health providers, internal teams, and clients
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Lead Product Designer to tackle complex challenges in the insurance industry
• Design intuitive user experiences for easier claim submission and tracking for providers, as well as improved coverage understanding for clients
• Utilize service design and systems thinking to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency
• Conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand and advocate for user needs
• Share design ideas through sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and design reviews to foster alignment and collaboration
• Work cross-functionally in an agile environment to deliver valuable solutions and contribute to the company's design system and best practices
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design or user experience design, preferably in healthcare, fintech, or a complex domain
• Strong portfolio demonstrating understanding of user needs, ability to simplify complex systems, and creative problem-solving skills
• Curious, ambitious, empathetic, and strategic designer comfortable with digital design and prototyping tools like Figma
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, collaborate effectively, and adapt quickly
