• Lead the product design process from inception to delivery, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, create solutions, and implement impactful experiences across various product teams.
• Foster clarity and alignment in a dynamic environment, confidently navigating uncertainties to focus design efforts and drive progress.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles by conducting research, gathering insights, and translating them into actionable design choices that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Develop elegant and scalable interfaces that simplify complex workflows, establishing and refining design patterns for consistent usability across custom web and Salesforce applications.
• Engage in deep collaboration by actively participating in discussions, influencing product strategies, and adopting a systems-thinking mindset to address inter-team challenges.
• Contribute to the enhancement and evolution of our design system, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability across all products.
• Rapidly prototype and test design concepts, incorporating feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to iterate and validate ideas effectively.
• Utilize AI and modern design tools to improve speed, insight, and creativity throughout the design process.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to introduce fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing digital products, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in interaction design, visual craftsmanship, and problem-solving across end-to-end product experiences, showcased in a comprehensive portfolio.
• Proven ability to work across multiple teams or product areas, manage priorities effectively, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
• Strong sense of ownership, with a focus on driving impact and seeing projects through to completion.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline the design process and facilitate rapid iteration.
• Thorough understanding of systems thinking, with the ability to build and utilize patterns to standardize user experiences; bonus points for experience in designing for Salesforce applications.
• Comfortable working with APIs and technical constraints, collaborating closely with engineers to develop effective and scalable solutions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to evolving priorities, and maintain focus without perfect requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a seamless ability to partner with product, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Strong appreciation for data and metrics, utilizing them to make informed decisions and evaluate design success.
• Familiarity with usability principles, accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices.
