Associate Creative Director, Advertising & Content

📋 Description

• Create and implement creative content for paid advertising on various platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube

• Lead the development of effective ad creative, including videos and static ads, for ongoing and seasonal campaigns, as well as new product launches

• Analyze creative performance data to optimize campaigns for maximum return on ad spend

• Craft engaging narratives related to health optimization, peak performance, and wellness while adhering to regulatory guidelines

• Ensure brand consistency across channels while adapting creative content for specific platforms

• Provide guidance to in-house creative teams and external agencies

• Collaborate with various teams to drive creative excellence and innovation

• Present creative concepts and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards

• Develop templates and creative constructs for efficient production processes

• Stay informed about industry trends to inspire new creative work

• Minimum 6 years of experience in creative roles, preferably in direct-to-consumer brands

• Demonstrated success in creating effective paid advertising creative across digital platforms

• Strong knowledge of direct response marketing and conversion optimization

• Experience in managing creative teams and external vendors

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing tools

• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-powered ad creation platforms
