Associate Creative Director, Advertising & Content

📋 Description

• Responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies for paid advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

• Lead the creation of effective ad content, including videos and static ads, for ongoing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new product launches

• Analyze performance data to optimize return on advertising spend (ROAS)

• Craft engaging narratives related to health, peak performance, and wellness while adhering to regulatory standards

• Maintain brand consistency across different channels while adapting creative content for specific platforms

• Provide guidance to internal creative teams and external agencies

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on creative direction

• Present creative concepts and results to senior management and stakeholders

• Drive a culture of creativity and continuous improvement

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality

• Develop templates and standardized creative processes

• Ensure all creative assets meet platform requirements and compliance standards

• Utilize AI tools for scalable ad creation and optimization

• Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to inform creative strategies

• Conduct regular performance reporting and A/B testing for creative elements

• Stay informed on best practices for creative content across platforms

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in creative roles, preferably in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands

• Demonstrated success in creating high-performing paid advertising content across digital platforms

• Strong knowledge of direct response marketing and conversion optimization principles

• Experience in managing creative teams and external vendors

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing software

• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-powered ad creation platforms
