Design Lead

📋 Description

• Shape the visual identity of The Tie across various touchpoints

• Define the look and feel of campaigns, announcements, and events

• Translate marketing objectives into clear visual concepts and guidelines

• Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to determine design strategies for launches, events, and campaigns

• Ensure consistency and clarity in all creative materials

• Create social assets, graphics, and campaign visuals

• Develop event collateral such as stage screens, signage, booth graphics, and print materials

• Design landing pages, online banners, paid ads, and digital campaign assets

• Produce presentation decks, reports, one-pagers, and institutional design materials

• Work with motion and video editors on animations

• Handle time-sensitive design work for announcements

• Collaborate with marketing on storytelling, campaign planning, and content creation

• Partner with the events team to deliver high-quality visual experiences

• Coordinate with motion designers or freelancers as necessary

• Provide strong design insights on brand, communication, and messaging discussions

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing strong design skills and strategic thinking

• Minimum of 4 years of design experience in fast-paced industries like crypto, fintech, or tech

• Ability to switch between creative direction and hands-on design work

• Proficiency in creating cohesive visual systems for campaigns, events, and brand assets

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling

• Knowledge of social platform trends and designing for them

• Comfort working across digital, print, event, and web formats

• Proficient in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and others

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Nice to have: Familiarity with crypto and/or financial markets, experience with Webflow, and utilization of AI tools for design efficiency
